The Opportunity:We have the perfect opportunity for a registered nurse or enrolled nurse who is client focused, has experience in aged care and would like to move into a role where you can maintain your clinical skills without the shift work.Joining our Community Team as a Community Care Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the Community Aged Care team in the Mid Coast region in relation to the provision of appropriate aged care services to align with the relevant funding agreements and in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards, Charter and relevant organisational policies and procedures.Team overviewReporting to the Commercial Director Community & Allied Health, you will lead a passionate team of 9 home support staff and ensure clients are receiving the full breadth of support they need to stay in their home and achieve great outcomes.We are open to this position being part time or full time for the right candidate with hybrid working options and office work space available.Why Work for us?Newcastle Anglican places people at the centre of our work.
