Are you looking to specialise in Employee and Industrial Relations?
This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a few years' experience in ER/IR matters, or a generalist ready to take the next step.

About You:
Experience in ER/IR matters (ideally 2-4 years).
Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and HR policies.
Proven ability to manage workplace cases (performance, investigations, and disciplinary processes).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your Role:
You'll advise and support managers and employees on ER/IR matters, manage cases, assist with enterprise agreement negotiations, and play a key role in ensuring consistent workplace outcomes.
