Are you looking to specialise in Employee and Industrial Relations?
This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a few years' experience in ER/IR matters, or a generalist ready to take the next step.

Perfect for Legal or HR Professionals: If you've honed your skills in a legal firm, this is your chance to apply your expertise in a dynamic industry setting (legal background preferred but not essential).Exceptional Mentorship: Work directly with the Head of Workplace Relations and gain invaluable mentoring and development.Impact and Growth: Be part of a fast-growing organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and results.About You: Experience in ER/IR matters (ideally 2-4 years).Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and HR policies.Proven ability to manage workplace cases (performance, investigations, and disciplinary processes).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Your Role: You'll advise and support managers and employees on ER/IR matters, manage cases, assist with enterprise agreement negotiations, and play a key role in ensuring consistent workplace outcomes.
