About the roleWe are seeking a Fire Services Plumber to join our Brisbane Fire team to assist with inspection, testing and repairs of Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Pumpsets, Water Tanks, and Extinguishers.
Your day-to-day operations will consist of the testing and repair of Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Pumpsets, Water Tanks and Extinguishers.
You will work autonomously in the field with great attention to detail, assisting with optimising scheduling in liaison with our coordinators and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
This position includes a company vehicle or the option for a vehicle allowance.
What you'll be doing Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty fixturesInstall new plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliancesPerform routine maintenance on existing plumbing systemsEnsure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant building codes and regulationsProvide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clientsMaintain a clean and organised work environmentParticipate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practicesWhat we're looking for Qualified Plumber with a valid Plumbing LicenceMinimum 2 years' experience working as a Plumber in a similar roleExcellent problem-solving and diagnostic skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent driver's licence and reliable vehicleBenefits of Working with Airmaster The successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of working with a high performing and progressive company who enjoy an enviable reputation in the industry.
