The OpportunityA great starter role if you are looking to build your careerAs a Customer Consultant, you will be part of a team supporting our customers and Account Managers.
While you won't be directly facing customers, you will assist with queries while being proactive to problem solve with overall satisfaction being an important goal.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with working hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
This role will be based onsite at Blackwoods Newcastle.Some of the tasks in the role:Assist with general customer queries (via phone and email) and ensure overall satisfactionSupport the branch Account Managers with any customer queriesAction any administrative tasks related to the Customer Care roleConduct product recommendations to customers based on previous buying historyStrive for first contact resolution and deliver on relevant service level objectivesSome of the skills required:Experience in a customer-focused environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work autonomously in a small teamExposure to Microsoft Office suiteA proactive mindset to anticipate and problem solveWhat's in it for you:Team member discounts for Bunnings, Kmart, Officeworks, OnePass, and TargetFurther discounts from corporate partnersOpportunities to grow and developParticipation in the Wesfarmers share planNext StepsIf you meet most of the criteria listed above and would like to be considered for this opportunity, please send your application today.
