This Customer Care role is an exciting customer facing role in our busy Stockland Forster Shopping Centre.
Based on our customer care desk, you will be tasked with providing superior customer service as well as support to the centre management team.
This is a part-time position, working three days per week.
We are flexible with the specific days, which can be discussed further during the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities Address diverse customers' needs and values and provide an exceptional service to our customers in line with Stockland's brand essence Gather, qualify, and quantify customer feedback, complaints and compliments and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business Maintain OH&S standard and procedures and address all health, safety and environmental issues Follow all public liability incident management processes About you Prior experience delivering great, face to face customer service Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Sound administrative skills and competent using MS Office Outlook and Excel Ability to stay calm under pressure and a resilient attitude Strong attention to detail and a keen ability to show initiative The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
