ABOUT THE ROLE Working closely with the CFO, broader SLT and key investors, the newly created Investment Property Analyst position will truly add value at a pivotal time.
DUTIES Financial modelling & project feasibility analytics Preparation of credit & investment submissions to Investment Committee for approval Use BI Tools to automate and enhance operational performance reporting Create detailed reports for senior team members, clients, and key stakeholders Develop and deliver client presentations, facilitating interactions with key internal and external stakeholders Transaction due diligence Enable Leaders through designing and delivering high quality and timely operational performance data, reporting, analyses and insights Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting Compile summary reports on assets and group cash flows SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2 to 3 years in a property development environment Big4 experience CA/CPA or CFA Qualified Highly articulate and a confident communicator Commercial mindset and ability to challenge the status quo Strong user of Excel If this sounds like the role for you please apply through the link or contact Connor Weetman on ****** Reference number: 1564402 Profession:AccountingAnalyst Company: AXR Date posted: 8th Jan, 2025
