About your new job
The responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
Monitor invoice inboxes and prepare invoices for processing Identify any discrepancies and fix problem invoices Reconciliation of accounts Prepare and issue outgoing invoices Banking and allocations Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing and incorrect details Regular liaison with other branches Provide administrative support to the finance team and wider administration team when required Other general administrative tasks as required About you
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous exposure in accounts and administration Problem solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Professional demeanour when engaging with internal/external stakeholders Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Microsoft packages What is in it for you
