You'll collaborate with creative, media, and client teams to ensure seamless integration across touchpoints, delivering campaigns that resonate and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities Develop tailored brand and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead CRM and connection planning initiatives to create personalised, multi-channel experiences.Translate customer insights into actionable strategies and creative briefs.Partner with creative and media teams to deliver consistent, integrated campaigns.Define KPIs and optimise campaign performance with actionable insights.Stay attuned to cultural trends, leveraging them for impactful campaigns.Proven expertise in brand and communications planning.Strong background in customer insight analysis and CRM best practices.Experience in financial services marketing and a deep understanding of its regulatory environment.Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.A balance of analytical and creative thinking, with a flair for storytelling.This is your chance to shape strategies that create meaningful audience connections.
