Retail Lease Administration Manager

The Company:Our client is a publicly listed Australian Property Group and as a result of growth, they are seeking a Retail Lease Administrator to join the team.
Reporting to the Head of Lease Administration in this busy role you will be responsible for the delivery and management of lease administration responsibilities.
The Role:Reporting to the Head of Lease Administration you will be responsible for assisting with Lease Administration and general administration duties as required.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Liaise with leasing & centre management teams to ensure accurate documentation in accordance with negotiated termsLiaise with lawyers, banks & agenciesReturn executed legal documentation to lawyers & centre management teamsEnsure accurate documentation is issued across retail portfolioMaintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation & relevant state / federal laws related to retail leasesEnsure deposits, bank guarantees & insurances have been receivedTrack lease documentation & report on the statusSupport leasing executives with knowledge of the Retail Leases ActConduct lease negotiationsThe Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Excel & OutlookExperience within the Property IndustryHigh attention to detailExcellent written & verbal communication skillsDemonstrated experience with high-volume workloadsKnowledge of the Retail Leases ActThe Benefits: Supportive and collaborative team - incredible managerBased in Sydney CBDOpportunity for career development - promotes internallyFlexibility and employee benefitsAttractive remuneration + BONUSTo find out more contact Tiffany Jolly on or email your CV to Please note only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
