AFAIB have an opportunity for a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated to lead their own personal and team growth, manage a diverse portfolio, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to our continued success in the Northern Territory.

Role Responsibilities
Manage your own portfolio Handle new business enquiries Place risks with insurers both online and open market Service client's enquiries and administrating policy documentation.
About You
Tier 1 in Insurance Broking or Diploma of Insurance Broking is essential , with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Proven experience in insurance broking, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and products.
Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience using insurance broking software and Microsoft Office suite.
A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and passion for achieving excellent outcomes for clients.
