If you're ready to make a difference in a supportive and collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from youRole ResponsibilitiesManage your own portfolioHandle new business enquiriesPlace risks with insurers both online and open marketService client's enquiries and administrating policy documentation.About YouTier 1 in Insurance Broking or Diploma of Insurance Broking is essential, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Proven experience in insurance broking, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and products.Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Experience using insurance broking software and Microsoft Office suite.A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and passion for achieving excellent outcomes for clients.Why Work With UsAFA Insurance Brokers is part of the QIB Group, a leading insurance broking network across Australia.
