The primary purpose of the position of the Senior People Projects Lead is to lead the coordination, delivery, reporting and continuous improvement of P&C programs, projects and strategic initiatives to optimise service delivery performance and to embed organisation wide culture and leadership frameworks and strategies.

The role will collaborate across the P&C function to plan, oversee and provide functional leadership of projects and continuous process improvements to improve the consistency and efficiency.
The role will lead projects of varying complexity from ideation through to completion.
What you will need to Succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR or related field; A post graduate qualification in HR is desirable but not essential; Proven experience of improving functional capability through the use of improved processes and programs, in a complex, geographically dispersed organisation; Track record of process enhancement and re-design, delivering demonstrable service delivery performance and to enhance the employee experience; Proven experience in successfully delivering innovative best practice initiatives focused on leadership, culture and change; Serving the Community, valuing teamwork, having integrity, showing respect and being accountable are core values at Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV).

FRV's standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate's skills and experience.
