What we offer you Attractive remuneration package of $140k-$160k based on experienceWork vehicle, mobile & laptopStrong focus on personal and professional developmentInvolvement in business growth strategies, working closely with senior managementPaid day off for your birthdayBeers, barbeques and fun social events throughout the yearUp to $1,000 in relocation assistance, if neededYour role will include Organising and planning projects to meet critical deadlinesManaging and overseeing the entire lifecycle of electrical projects, from planning to completionMonitor and manage project budgetsDelivering projects to a consistent high standard ensuring safety, quality and profitabilityManaging project teams, including contractors and subcontractorsReviewing and approving project deliverables, including design drawings and specificationsDelivering D&C projects including the ability to liaise with consultants to ensure best outcomesProcurement of materialsSubmission of monthly progress claims and variation quotationsCommunicating with project stakeholders to build on strong established relationshipsImplementing and monitoring our safety processes including risk assessments and SWMSUsing job management software (JMS) including Simpro, Bluebeam and Microsoft OfficeBeing a positive mentor for our electrical workersRequirements A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar roleSimpro & Bluebeam experience advantageousExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong knowledge of the electrical and communication standards and regulationsA strong affinity for numbers and analyticsA proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mileCurrent QLD Electrical LicenceCurrent QLD Drivers LicenceCurrent White CardCPR/LVR CertificateIf you think you've got what it takes then apply now with a copy of your CV and brief cover letter telling us why you are the right person for the job.
