OverviewThis exciting opportunity is newly available with a reputable and forward-thinking Tier 1 electrical contractor seeking experienced Project Managers & Supervisors to oversee a variety of high-end multi-residential high-rise projects in Brisbane.In exchange, you will receive a competitive compensation package, along with exceptional career advancement opportunities that only a Tier 1 company can offer.You will be responsible for delivering large projects on schedule while exemplifying the client's values and serving as a role model.
Remuneration:Project Supervisor - $120k-$160k negotiableProject Manager - $170k-$220k negotiableFully maintained work vehicle or vehicle allowance, work phone, superannuation contributions, and access to employee benefits.
Client Expectations:You are a skilled and versatile electrical supervisor or project manager with strong time management abilities and a proven history of successfully delivering on large-scale projects, especially within the high-rise or commercial sectors.
What You Must Have: Proven background as a Supervisor or Electrical Project Manager with demonstrated expertise in communication and negotiation across various levels, including internal and external stakeholders.Show initiative in fast-paced environments, confidently making decisions based on your skills.Lead by setting a safety-focused culture and upholding company values and standards.Exhibit leadership by mentoring and sharing knowledge effectively with your team.Must capably maintain client relations and contribute to the long-term profitability of the company.Qualifications: Current QLD Electrical License or mutually recognised interstate licenseCurrent CPR/LVR certificationProject Management Qualifications or engineeringIf you meet the above criteria please apply and suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted.
