Occupational Therapist - Clinic + Community - Flexible Working Hours Job Classification: Occupational Therapists

Location: West Melbourne, VIC
The Company is an award-winning allied health care centre with 4 state-of-the-art clinics throughout Melbourne.
The clinics offer a range of onsite, remote, and in-home services to clients receiving Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Dietetics and Allied Health care services.

Due to the exciting growth, they currently have an opportunity for a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join their team.
In this role, you will have the choice of working on and off-site to manage your own caseload.
You will possess strong clinical skills with the ability to follow through as well as the ability to co-manage clients with different health professionals in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:
Therapeutic use of occupations and activities, including therapeutic use of self.
Skill development in self-care, self-management, home management, and community/work/school reintegration.
Education and support of individuals, including family members, caregivers, and others.
Care coordination, case management, transition services including discharge planning.
Modification of environments and adaptation of processes.
Assessment, customization, and oversight of equipment provision.
Driver rehabilitation and community mobility.
Use of natural contexts for assessment and intervention.
Use of specific therapeutic procedures to enhance performance.
Taking on more clients of a greater variety.
Completing AT assessment and reports independently.
Effectively supervising AHA students in clinic.
Giving opportunities to new grads to observe.
Participating in MDT training and workshops.
Building skills in particular clinical areas.
Complete autonomy with calendar and bookings.
Working within a state-of-the-art facility with a dedicated front-end team.

Community access: A work car is provided for travelling from a clinic to community consults.
AHPRA registration.
Membership with a professional body.
Working with Children Check.
Victorian Police Check.
Experience in your field (preferred but not essential).
Salary / Pay Details: $72K - $110K per annum + super + benefits (Travel Allowance, PD Allowance, Company Car, etc)
