Should you require any accommodations, please notify us.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Job DescriptionReporting to the Concierge Leadership, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly serviceDelivery of Food and Beverage ordersCo-ordinate and work with Front Office and Housekeeping DepartmentsProvide parking assistance upon arrival and departure of guest vehiclesProvide the guest with detailed parking fees and clear explanation of valet benefitsWork with the overnight Manager on dutyLuggage handlingPick-up laundry and doorknob menusMeet all guest needs in a pleasant, efficient and professional mannerDuties include: Shoeshine, In-Room Dining orders and Bell ServicesQualificationsPrevious guest service and food & beverage experience requiredExcellent communication skills in both official languagesProven guest service excellenceSmart Serve Certification requiredValid Driver's License with no infractionsAdditional InformationConstant standing and walking throughout shiftPhysical ability to operate a vehicle (foot pedals, gear shift, steering wheel, etc.)Frequent bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
