About the roleInfraBuild Reinforcing is a market leading steel reinforcing supplier that specialises in Tier 1 infrastructure and commercial building projects.

Our business excels in project delivery through all stages of the project cycle from project identification to project close.We are passionate about helping build nation defining projects and looking for like-minded people to join our teamThis role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.Responsibilities include:Leadership of the National Sales & Bid Team and ownership of the sales processPlay a key role in market including developing and strengthening relationships with key customersLead the business through a period of growth and expansionSecure target projects via development of winning bid strategies and a compelling value propositionDevelop and execute a national customer development planCollaborate with other Leaders across the broader group to execute the agreed sales planEngage the team and develop capability and bench strengthEnsure compliance and corporate governance requirements are metThe foundations required to be successful in this role include:A proven track record leading and developing a National Sales TeamKnowledge of construction (residential and major projects) and heavy manufacturing industries including markets, customers, competitors, trends and innovationWell developed commercial acumen and a sound understanding of contracting on large and major projectsA proven track record in developing and executing best practice sales and bid processesHighly developed stakeholder management skills with proven experience delivering solutions and the ability to influence across all levels both internally and externallyAn existing network within the construction marketImplementing change and bringing others on the journeyKey BenefitsGenerous parental leave: 20 weeks paid Primary Carer Leave and 3 weeks paid Partner Leave for those who have worked at the business for at least 12 months.Employee Benefits Program: discounts for employees, friends and family on a huge selection of products and services from a variety of brands.Recruitment referral awards: $1500 is awarded to eligible employees for referring friends or family to an open role if the candidate is successful.Corporate rates for private health insurance: Nib Health Insurance offers discounted cover for employees.Novated leasing: We provide an effective way to salary sacrifice for a vehicle through novated leasing.About usInfraBuild is Australia's leading integrated steel manufacturing, distribution and recycling business.
