One Green Bean are looking for their next Junior Content Creator.
Are you a highly motivated Junior Content Creator looking for your next opportunity to join a collaborative and enthusiastic team, where you can help create impactful social campaigns?
You'll have the exciting opportunity to work on a range of amazing consumer accounts, from iconic global brands to dynamic Aussie start-ups.
With your background in a social or integrated agency, you'll bring valuable big-brand experience to the table.
You'll be at the heart of ideating and creating captivating content for both internal teams and external clients, making a real impact every step of the way.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll assist with developing channel strategies, creating engaging content, and ensuring posts align with our brand's goals and audience interests.
This is a great opportunity to help grow and engage our digital presence across various platforms while building your skills as a content creator.
Content Production Assist in the development creative, channel-specific content for both paid and organic workflows.Create, edit, and manage low-fi, social-first content using tools like CapCut, Canva, and Premiere Pro.Work with internal teams on reviews and manage client feedback to ensure timely delivery.Organise in-house and campaign shoots, collaborating with the creative lead.Curate user-generated content and influencer collaborations to boost brand visibility.Assist with edits and work with UGC creators.Produce engaging copy that aligns with brand voice and complements visuals.Social Media Execution Lead content ideation and execution, identifying trends and collaborating with clients.Work with the social team to develop creative strategies that meet client goals.Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into campaigns.Account Management Meet client expectations for social media, timelines, budgets, creativity, and quality.Present effectively and maintain strong client relationships.Qualifications 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience or passion for working with an automotive client.
Proven experience in social media content creation and video editing.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Passion for staying updated on social media trends and innovations
