Fuse Recruitment are seeking a skilled Team Leader with a background in batching/mixing in food manufacturing.

About the Role: As a Team Leader for the Batching/Mixing team, you will be required to lead the team to produce high-quality products by mixing a variety of raw ingredients in accordance with the corresponding recipe.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production processes.
If you have experience in food manufacturing and leadership/team management experience and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is perfect for you
Key Responsibilities: Liaise with team members on materials needed for the day.Leading, coaching, and training in the development of shift employees.Handle and operate ovens in a hot environment, ensuring effective production and packaging of products.Mixing raw ingredients into set batches.Ensure plant and equipment run smoothly and efficiently.Handling and transportation of ingredients.Perform various production tasks as required, including packaging goods in a high-quality manner.Complete administrative tasks such as filling out forms and entering data into the system.Requirements: Prior experience in food manufacturing environments is essential.Previous experience in leadership/team management.A good understanding of food safety.Ability to work in a constant, fast-paced environment.The ability to provide clear orders and instructions to team members.High attention to detail.Ability to complete forms and add data into the system.Ability to lift up to 15kg and work in a hot environment.Benefits: Monday to Friday shifts with flexibility based on demand.Friendly and supportive team environment with a strong company culture.6-10 month temp contract.How to Apply: If you feel that you have the above attributes, please click "Apply Now" and register your interest or email Ashleigh with any specific questions at .
