Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Brisbane.

Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised in identifying issues, risks, benefits of proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
You will also be responsible for drafting Business Cases, funding submissions, executive briefing notes and Program Board submissions.
Your ability to comprehend business requirements through data collection and evaluation will be key in this role.
Furthermore, your expertise in process improvement will be essential in supporting business transition, identifying inefficiencies in current processes and facilitating process redesign workshops.Key Responsibilities:Provide analytical support for Project Managers to deliver stabilisation and optimisation activitiesIdentify issues, risks and benefits of proposed solutions and outline business impactsWork with Project Managers to draft Business Cases, funding submissions, executive briefing notes and Program Board submissionsCollect and evaluate data to comprehend business requirements and proceduresSupport business transition and help establish changeAnalyse current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancementFacilitate process redesign workshops with stakeholders as needed to develop optimised workflowsMonitor the implementation of new processes and evaluate their effectivenessWhat You Bring:The ideal candidate for the Business Analyst role brings proven experience in business analysis within a program or project environment.
Your ability to move seamlessly between diverse projects such as delivering ICT system change, accommodation solutions, fleet requirements etc., will be highly valued.
You possess strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within a high-pressure environment.
Your business acumen coupled with your understanding of business processes that could impact transition activities will be crucial for this role.
Additionally, your ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders along with your experience managing stakeholder meetings will set you apart.Minimum Qualifications:Proven experience in business analysis within a program or project environmentAbility to move seamlessly between diverse projects such as delivering ICT system change, accommodation solutions, fleet requirements etc.Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within a high-pressure environmentBusiness acumen with understanding of business processes that could impact transition activitiesAbility to present findings and recommendations to senior leadersExperience managing stakeholder meetingsBrisbane based office with 1 day WFH per week.#J-18808-Ljbffr
