Our client is a leading construction company based in Melbourne, specialising in large-scale medium density projects and commercial developments, including childcare facilities and entire housing communities.
With a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional results and are seeking a talented Medium Density Site Supervisor to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Medium Density Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of 19 townhomes located on one site in Clyde.
Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Oversee the daily operations of medium-density residential construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, safety inspections, and project progress documentation.Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively, coordinating solutions with relevant parties. Requirements: MUST have experience working directly for a builder as a Site Supervisor on medium density projects.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.
