Business Services Officer required for a Government Department based in Mount Isa.Your new companyHays Recruitment are pleased to support the recruitment of a highly motivated Business Services Officer to work within a community-focused State Government Department, starting ASAP for up to 6 months; based in Mount Isa.Your new roleAs the Business Services Officer you will provide efficient and high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will be responsible for providing a broad range of support in the provision of advice and the high-quality ongoing service to prospective, new, and existing customers.General Administration, Reception duties, telephone calls, data entry.Maintaining a customer case load, including file management and the preparation of internal and external documentation.Demonstrating exceptional customer skills by developing respectful and empathetic relationships with customers.What you'll need to succeedThis position requires sound analytical and conceptual skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
