FCTG's Global Supply business is a cross-functional global team responsible for the procurement, technology, reporting, financial management, pricing, and support of Flight Centre Travel Group's global supply chain.

As the Senior Business Analyst, you'll work within the Global Supply Technology team, developing and mentoring junior and mid-level business analysts while demonstrating a senior level of business analyst skills.

Day to day: In conjunction with Product Leaders, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering Teams, and Architects, develop strategies to determine the priority of strategic initiatives, highlighting risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.Manage project progress, track key milestones, and identify and document potential risks or issues affecting project timelines where appropriate.Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and product plans across a multi-product suite and across multiple products.Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for complex initiatives.Plan and conduct workshops to discuss, elicit, define, and document requirements with varying levels of stakeholders.Review existing business requirement documents to ensure requirements are adequately defined and are aligned to projects.Identify and document potential risks related to requirements and assist cross-functional teams in developing mitigation strategies.Establish requirements baselines and ensure changes to requirements are investigated and managed.Evaluate existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and innovation, providing recommendations and roadmaps for senior stakeholders.Recommend and implement process enhancements to optimize project delivery and increase efficiency.Contribute to the definition of organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for business process improvement.You'll be perfect for the role if you have: 5+ years in a business analyst role.Travel booking System, Travelbox experience.Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA and Confluence).Previous project planning and monitoring experience.Requirements gathering and documentation experience.Experience within travel or other internet-scale environments.What you'll enjoy: Tick destinations off your bucket list with our discounts on travel and accommodation.Employee Share Scheme through Equate Plus.Access to in-house financial and health services, and internal 24/7 gym.Receive ongoing training and professional development through the Flight Centre Landing.Preference for internal progression through Brightness of Future: Employees have the right to see a clear pathway to achieving career ambitions.Global career opportunities in a network of brands and businesses at your fingertips.Proud Corporate Social Responsibility platform through the Flight Centre Foundation, and Brighter Futures programs.Various social events to promote networking, the celebration of wins, and sometimes just for fun
