About The Role:
Are you a seasoned Senior Site Manager with a proven track record of driving high-value projects from start to finish?
We're seeking an experienced professional with a history of stable tenures to join our clients team and take ownership of projects valued between $10M - $20M.
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be a key player in ensuring seamless operations, quality control, and team leadership on-site.
Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle dynamic challenges will ensure the successful delivery of each project on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage $10M-$20M construction projects from commencement through completion.
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones and goals are met.
Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Maintain a high standard of project delivery while managing risks and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
About You:
Extensive background as a Site Manager with experience on $10M+ projects.
Stable Tenure: A history of long-term commitments in past roles is essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage on-site teams.
Results-Oriented: Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality outcomes efficiently.
Great banter, can get along with all subbies and external stakeholders.
