· Mon - Sun AM, PM, ND shifts available including a 5 hr float shift 4-9pm· $36.74 - $39.78 per hour plus super· Subsidised meals and parkingAre you an Enrolled Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care?About the roleGold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team of professionals in providing excellent patient care on a casual basis picking up 2 -3 shifts per week across a 7 day roster. This position is in the medical/ respiratory ward. Hospital experience is not required, but at least 12 months working as an EN in another setting.Your duties will includeSupporting patients throughout their stayMaintain positive relationships with patients, families, staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and culturesEffectively worked within scope of practice, demonstrated clinical competencies and comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation of outcomes including recognition and timely response to patient deteriorationLiaise with the multi-disciplinary teamEnsure patient and staff safetyAssist nursing staff with supporting patients with care of patientsA minimum of 12 months experience as an Enrolled Nurse in any settingCurrent Registration with AHPRACommitment to Quality Patient CareSound clinical decision making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsWorks well independently and within a teamTo Apply: Please click on the 'Apply' button to be taken to our online application form.
