Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement across all financial processes.You'll have a proven track record of successfully delivering finance-related projects at an enterprise scale with at least 3-5 years hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Finance. You'll also have an in-depth understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.You are a continuous improvement advocate, always staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices, and you'll bring a passion for innovation and problem-solving to your role.You'll excel as a strategic member of our team with your experience working in complex environments, renowned for your adept communication, presentation style, and ability to build relationships. You will be a natural at balancing and combining your technical competence with a deep understanding of business processes.Some of the key skills and experiences we're looking for:5-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with substantial experience in SAP systems.At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.Proven track record of leading SAP S/4HANA Finance projects, including implementations, upgrades, or migrations.Experience in leading or significantly contributing to SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules such as FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), TR (Treasury), and FM (Funds Management).Comprehensive understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.Experience with financial reporting, profitability analysis, and financial planning within the S/4HANA framework.Ability to manage organizational change and user adoption processes for S/4HANA Finance.Demonstrable ability to drive fit-to-standard and SAP Finance best practices into business processes.Benefits & PerksAt Gallagher, we foster a supportive and family-friendly work environment, where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the forefront.
