What's On Offer Multi-faceted infrastructure project to be completed by Christmas – civil, services and building worksDirect support and guidance from Senior LeaderExpand your experience & gain exposure to something differentThe Role Your primary focus is to supervise the mid to final stages of construction in an Aged Care facility.
Reporting to the Head of Operations Minor Works, some key accountabilities of this role include:
Oversee day to day site activities, including supervision of sub contractors, ensuring high quality and within scopeProactively resolve any on-site issues, mitigating delays and maintaining workflowBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing regular progress updates to ensure satisfaction and trustCollaborate closely with project team to align site operations with project goalsEnsure safety regulations and company policies are adhered to, promoting a safe working environment for allDay to day completion of paperwork and other admin tasksWeekly KPI reportingThe Criteria A passion for the building/construction industry with some hands-on experience (e.g., in a trade, construction assistant, or foreperson role)Eagerness to take the next step into a supervisory position, with a proactive, can-do attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work well within a teamA keen eye for detail and a desire to learn, with the ability to follow instructions and implement guidance from senior site staffA strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environmentCurrent Drivers LicenseA current police check (or the ability to obtain one)Please call Tara Stokes @ GOUGH on or simply hit APPLY NOW.
