Manager - Employee Relations and Investigations We are supporting our esteemed client in recruiting a Manager, Employee Relations and Investigations to join their high-performing team.
As part of the People and Culture Leadership Team, this role provides strategic leadership, expert advice, and drives change across enterprise agreements, investigations, and workplace relations.
Lead a high-performing ER and Investigations team, offering strategic guidance on workforce and industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, and complex investigations.
Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership in employee relations and investigations.Manage a high-performing team, delegating workloads effectively.Negotiate with unions and create enterprise-wide strategies.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to meet business needs.Drive initiatives to ensure team effectiveness.About You To be successful in this role, you will be a technical expert, with a master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field—or extensive experience in a similar discipline.
You will have solid experience managing a team and delegating workloads.
You will be able to demonstrate experience working in a unionised environment, negotiating with unions and creating commercial, enterprise-wide strategies.
You will have a strong commercial lens and be excited by the hands-on element of the role, showing initiative and drive to ensure the team is operating at its best.
