Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment?
Join our Talent Acquisition team at Edge Early Learning as one of three Recruitment Officers , where you'll manage high-volume recruitment across our early childhood education and care services across Southeast Queensland, South Australia, and the Australian Capital Territory.
Location : Support Office, South Brisbane Duration : Fixed term contract (6 months) Start Date : Immediate – Urgent requirement About the Role You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process , ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Working closely with our Operations and People & Culture teams, you'll play a key role in meeting the high recruitment demands.
Key Responsibilities Draft and post tailored job advertisements.
Review applications and forward shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
Manage all administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment tracker and personnel files.
Coordinate background checks, including references.
Prepare and send out job offers.
Utilise recruitment tools like UKG and Referoo.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged.
Ensure new hires are onboarded efficiently.
What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of recruitment processes.
A quick learner who can adapt to systems and processes rapidly.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in a similar high-volume recruitment role, preferably in the early learning or childcare sector.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ideally between 8 am to 5 pm.
