We've got a great opportunity for an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our small but effective team in Darwin.
You'll play a key role in executing shipments for our clients, ensuring the day-to-day management of their unique cargo is executed without fuss and with the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and care.
Your role will cover: Co-ordinating the operational requirements of shipments, including job registration etc.Developing quotations for air/sea and/or domestic road transportation.Providing outstanding customer service and effective communication to our clients.Producing timely and accurate invoicing.Attending vessel and quarantine inspections.The Ideal Candidate: Previous Freight Forwarding and/or Supply Chain experience.Previous exposure to Customs and Quarantine.Effective problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the square.Ability to work independently and proven ability to meet strict deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.We know that our team is our greatest asset, that's why we're committed to providing you with the best work environment, opportunities, and benefits.
