Who You'll Work WithAs a Sales & Service Consultant for our client IAG, you will be the voice representing our most trusted insurance partner, NRMA.
You'll form new relationships with customers and strengthen existing ones by discussing a range of policies, educating them to make informed decisions on protection and prevention.
You will be focused on providing a positive customer service experience, and where required, achieve sales and retention outcomes.
This role offers you the chance to build strong connections with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer experience throughout their journey with IAG & NRMA.
It's an excellent entry-level opportunity with continued support and development.
What You'll Be DoingAnswering inbound calls from customers looking to discuss NRMA's available policies and offers.Exploring the customers' services, gathering information to provide the most relevant and tailored solutions.Offering General insurance products - Motor, Home and CTP insurance as well as NRMA Roadside Assistance.Using effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences, whilst also objection handling and providing solutions to customer enquiries.Being flexible with hours to ensure availability when customers need assistance.Why You'll Love Working with UsSupportive Team Environment: Benefit from regular social gatherings and work alongside managers and senior team members dedicated to helping you succeed.

Rosters Available: Start off with a 9-week training period working Monday - Friday within regular business hours before moving into a Monday - Saturday 7am – 6pm schedule.
