We are currently seeking to recruit Case Managers at an exciting time of growth for our business.

About the role
Proactive management of your own CTP claims portfolio to finalisation.
Maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.
Compliance focus.
Building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.
Assessing claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements.
Assessing and managing injury needs of claimants, handling correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment, and rehabilitation and analyse/interpret medical reports and other information.
About you
Ability to work within a team environment.
Familiarity with MS Office products.
Strong work ethic and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to interpret legislation.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult conversations.
