Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced, creative, and data-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to take the lead in executing marketing campaigns that will drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of marketing experience in the fashion industry leading and delivering projects with a strong graphic design background.
You'll be responsible for curating and creating visually stunning content, strategising digital marketing efforts, and optimising campaigns to grow the My Mum Made It brand.
Your graphic design skills and experience will need to deliver all companies digital assets and marketing material.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion on a strategic level and is technically equipped to create and run any marketing platform and tools.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook), email marketing, SEO, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising.Design eye-catching visual content, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, and digital ads, ensuring a cohesive and on-brand aesthetic.Solid experience and expert level in InDesign/Photoshop to create all company's digital assets.Solid experience and expert level in Klaviyo email marketing tool for all company's campaigns.Extensive experience and expert level in Meta, Pinterest ads and Google Analytics to run all paid advertising for the company.Collaborate closely with the design and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with seasonal collections, product launches, and promotions.Analyse marketing performance and consumer behaviour using data analytics tools to continually optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to expand brand visibility and reach.Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.Oversee and manage marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring all materials reflect the My Mum Made It brand identity and voice.Key Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing position within the fashion industry.Proven success in creating and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, sales, and brand growth.Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar platforms.A portfolio of graphic design work that showcases your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of fashion and design aesthetics.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Klaviyo, etc.
), and paid advertising strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy and visually stunning content.A deep understanding of fashion trends and the ability to translate them into creative marketing campaigns.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies based on results.Why Join Us?
