What is the Opportunity? A great opportunity now exists for an experienced, enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated Service Coordinator to join our Service team based in Pemulwuy NSW.
Reporting to our Service Support Centre Manager - ANZ, this role is responsible for the coordination of activity for the Field Service team which services clients across Australia.
The Service Coordinator works collaboratively with the Sales, Warehouse and Operations teams.

The successful candidate will be required to: Answer customer calls and resolve issues in a timely & effective mannerSchedule Service Technician staff including issuing & managing service orders in the ERP systemProcess and distribute Service Reports and InvoicesPrepare and distribute Service Agreements including managing renewalsAssist with preparation and follow up of quotations for services contracts, spares & consumables and upkeep of quotation logCoordinate work performed by sub-contractors including raising Purchase Orders and processing invoicesSupport Service Manager and Team with day to day business activitiesSpare parts management including maintenance of correct inventoryGeneral Administration Duties, reception, filing, distribution of mail etc.To be successful in this position, you will possess: A relevant TAFE diploma is highly regarded but not essentialAt least 2-4 years administration experience, preferably in a technical environmentExperience with ERP system beneficialBe enthusiastic and able to work autonomouslyBe able to create and maintain relationships with other staff and customersStrong communication skills are essentialWhat we will offer in return At Arjo, our vision is to be the most trusted partner in driving healthier outcomes for people facing mobility challenges.
