These positions are perfect for educators passionate about creating inclusive, student-centred learning environments and driving pedagogical excellence.Education-focused academic staff at Monash are an elite category of our workforce who focus on and contribute to pedagogical innovation and lead the design and delivery of education at the University.Responsibilities:Level A Assistant Lecturer - Education Focused: Focuses on delivering and supporting teaching activities (e.g.
workshops and laboratories), fostering inclusive learning environments, and contributing to curriculum development under guidance.
Engages in scholarly research and undertakes administrative tasks with growing autonomy as experience increases.Level B Lecturer - Education Focused: Builds on Level A responsibilities with leadership in teaching and curriculum design, implementing diverse assessments, and innovating teaching practices.
Supervises students, leads teams in marking and feedback practices, and contributes to strategic initiatives.
