Join us in Port Pirie as an Aboriginal Chronic Disease Coordinator and play a vital role in enhancing the health and well-being of Aboriginal people.
In this rewarding role, you will use your clinical expertise to promote the early detection, prevention, and management of chronic diseases.
Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to culturally sensitive health programs that make a tangible difference in people's lives.
You'll lead by example, guide less experienced staff, and help implement practice changes for better health outcomes.
