WORK SITE: Binduli
ROSTER: 8:6 Day Shift Only - 11.25hrs (Residential or FIFO from Perth to Kalgoorlie )

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Overseeing safe and efficient mining operations, ensuring ore delivery meets plans and targets.
Managing resources, contractors, and costs while driving continuous improvement and compliance.
Leading safe and efficient open-pit mining operations to meet production and financial targets.
Optimizing drill & blast, fleet performance, and contractor outcomes to maximize results.
Developing and implementing mine schedules aligned with plans to maximize output and minimize costs.
Collaborating with mine planning to ensure resources are utilized for optimal business performance.
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements while managing risks.
Preparing and reconciling budgets, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Fostering a high-performance team culture and strong relationships with stakeholders and contractors.
ABOUT YOU
Minimum 10 years of open-pit mining experience in a leadership role.
(Essential) Unrestricted Quarry Manager (QM) ticket in Western Australia.
(Essential) Current, unrestricted Western Australian Class "C" Driver's Licence.
(Essential) Must hold, or be prepared to acquire schedule 26 statutory supervisor accreditation.
(Essential) Proven experience in drill & blast, fleet optimization, and contractor management.
Comprehensive knowledge of safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
BENEFITS
Permanent full-time role with an immediate start.
Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances.
Receive a $12k residential allowance per annum, if you are residential and not FIFO.
Receive up to $5k site allowance per annum, depending on your site location.
Receive up to 10% short-term incentive payment (STIP) of your base salary.
A fully covered family private health insurance through GU Health Complete Gold Cover or allowance up to $5k.
A fully covered Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance or allowance up to $2.4k.
Pro-rata long service leave (LSL) after just 5 years of service and be entitled to 13 weeks paid LSL after 10 years of service.
