Job Description
Love what you do and leave your mark Key leadership opportunity in our Group Strategy function Based in Sydney or Melbourne As Head of Strategy, you will play a key role within Endeavour Group.
You'll be focused on the development of strategic plans and projects for the Group and within our business units, targeting areas that represent the most significant sources of profitable growth for the company, or which are the greatest challenges for Endeavour, and which are outside BAU and require additional resources to accelerate thinking and delivery.

You will lead a team of strategists (including direct reports) and collaborate with our leaders across the business in order to deliver key strategic projects.
You will work as part of an experienced team which is focused on solving our most critical commercial and strategic questions, drawing on your solid business and consulting experience.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:
Partner across the business to develop and refine Endeavour Group's strategic plans Provide practical and expert advice to senior management on strategy matters, legislation, people strategy and risk mitigation Manage and prioritise across multiple projects with different stakeholders and timelines Use your quantitative problem-solving and analytical capabilities to develop the fact bases that will inform decision-making Develop and communicate clear recommendations and influence stakeholders to catalyse positive change Inject creative and innovative thinking Perform complex analysis and extract insights from that analysis Develop actionable insights by conducting data-driven analysis to support senior decision-making across the business Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify competitive threats and new business opportunities Create written communication materials to deliver insights and analysis Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change Qualifications
Now let's talk about you:
10+ years of experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity or a similar relevant field Proven leadership experience Ability to work and excel in a high-performing team environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects Experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks Experience in quantitative modelling Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across an organisation Consumer market experience and/or retail experience is an advantage The benefits are good too
