Job Tasks and Responsibilities Reporting into the Client Delivery Manager Tasmania, the Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and patrons of the shopping centers and the retail stores.
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster; previous shopping center experience is highly desirable.
Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
Current TAS Security LicenseCurrent First Aid CertificateProven experience in Shopping Centers and Customer Service industriesExcellent presentation and grooming standardsA positive and proactive approachPassion for delivering professional and efficient customer serviceEvening and weekend availability are essentialStrong written communication skills, including incident report writingAbility to multitask and work autonomously in a high-paced team environmentHigh attention to detailJob Benefits and Perks M.A.
