The Endava Google Cloud team is on a mission to assist companies in transforming how they deliver products to their customers.
We seek an accomplished technologist to join our new multi-cloud Infrastructure and Delivery Unit, tasked with delivering Cloud Landing Zones and modernization projects for various key accounts and industry domains.This presents a market-first opportunity to serve as a Lead Infrastructure Consultant and act as a multi-cloud subject matter expert to provide technical guidance on solutions design, governance, security, operations, and cost control best practices.
Your proficiency and contributions will be pivotal in driving the ongoing expansion of our GCP capability within the Australian region.This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working model,
requiring residency in Melbourne
to service our clients on-site.Role Responsibilities:Work with customers to design and build cloud-based infrastructures and landing zonesAssist with the creation of Infrastructure architectures and technical documentationDesign and implement secure cloud foundational implementationsAutomated provisioning of infrastructure and applicationsCloud-ready applications architectureDeliver end-to-end cloud-based infrastructure management solutionsPresent Infrastructure modernization strategy to C-level executivesImprovements to monitoring, logging and observability in Client environmentsDefining and implementing cloud infrastructure governance and building deployment standardsWorking cross-functionally with our delivery management teamQualifications
Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) developmentExperience with virtualization: servers, storage, networksGoogle Cloud Platform certification , along with a
minimum of 3 years
of practical experience using its suite of tools, is required.Experience with infrastructure-based processes suchli>MonitoringCapacity planningPerformance tuningDisaster RecoveryExperience with Google's Cloud Foundation Toolkit and Landing Zone implementationsExperience with data centre exit strategiesAdditional Information
