You can expect:Competitive salary with superannuation paid over and above fixed pay4 weeks annual leave, plus one week additional leave*, one week wellbeing leave* and the option to purchase leave (*subject to eligibility criteria)Salary packaging for car parking, motor vehicles, taxis and superannuationParental leave benefits including 16 weeks paid leave for both primary and secondary carer and Childcare Assistance PaymentA range of benefits including online employee discount program, annual flu vaccinations, discounted private health insurance, employee referral programInsurance cover for life, total disablement and salary continuanceExecutive health checks for Directors and Managing DirectorsMatched giving and paid volunteer leaveYour key responsibilities:Collaborating with colleagues locally / overseas to leverage the firm's existing relationships & develop a strategy to increase promotion / revenue from such client base.Able to originate, negotiate, credit approve, document and execute both syndicated and bilateral credit facilities for large corporates (including preparation of information memoranda, credit analysis, term sheets, full form documentation and financial models);Responsible for driving documentary trade revenues within the Australian market;Work with clients and internal stakeholders, often across multiple jurisdictions;Work closely with our global product management team to validate existing product offering and create new products for the Australian market.Support mentoring and training junior team members, graduates and interns.Your skills and experience:At least 7 - 10 years of relevant client facing & sales experience, focusing on Documentary TradeAbility to generate sales leads from client discussions, structure solutions around client requirements and participate in senior level client discussions / solution pitch.Strong credit & financial analysis skills including experience in credit analysis.Hands-on experience and ability to lead end-to-end deal process including due diligence (regulatory, compliance), credit proposals, term sheets, legal documentation and working with external counselsExcellent spoken and written EnglishHow we'll support you:Flexible working to assist you balance your personal prioritiesCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needsTraining and development to help you excel in your career
