We are currently seeking General Medicine Consultant Physicians to join our team at Rockingham General Hospital.
Applicants with dual training in subspecialty are welcome to apply.
As a General Medicine Consultant Physician you will :
Lead the multidisciplinary team to provide specialist medical services to patients Promote patient safety and quality of care Provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for doctors in training, Health Service Medical Practitioners and other health workers In collaboration with the Head of Department and other Consultants, work to achieve national, state and SMHS performance standards and targets Work within the scope of clinical practice as defined and recommended by the SMHS Area Medical Credentialing Committee.
