The Associate Service Technician role is designed to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and to ensure the continued customer satisfaction and data centre uptime we are known for.
This role encompasses supporting customers, maintenance and monitoring activities, and is a key role in CDC's career pathways initiative with investment in learning and development opportunities, as we empower our teams for future growth.Responsibilities include:Support and engage with customers, service technicians, and contractors undertaking support activities and overseeing maintenance works.Monitor critical infrastructure to ensure continuity of services and no disruption to client's or business operations.Utilise electronic monitoring systems to proactively oversee and monitor site conditions.Respond to customer requests and critical events swiftly.Ensure personnel are performing activities safely and in accordance with CDC's processes and procedures.Provide timely reporting of events, and support restoration to normal operations.Benefits, Training and Offerings:Our training program provides tailored content through our CDC Academy, specifically designed for individuals starting out in this role.
