As a Senior Field Service Technician , your focus will be to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise).
Configuration, diagnosis of faults, repairs, and programming of building services (e.g.
HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems).
Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
Minor project management of service projects and small works, including high-level management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks.
Pre-sales support for implementation projects.
Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
Day-to-day servicing, calibrations, and maintenance; including diagnosis, repairs, faults, programming, and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems as relevant.
Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces.
Estimate materials costs and quantities.

Key Experience & Capabilities:
3-4 years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment.
NV 1 or baseline clearance is essential.
DDC experience: Knowledge of DDC and controls systems.
Electrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching.
Instrumentation experience: Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications.
Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures.
Commissioning experience: Knowledge of DDC / Mechanical plant.
