The OrganisationOur client builds, operates and maintains critical energy infrastructure assets across Australia.
With a focus on delivering to the electricity and gas industries, they deliver a comprehensive range of engineering, project management, construction, operations and maintenance services.
The RoleReporting to the Group Manager HSE – Services and Projects, you will provide strategic leadership and HSE Business partnering to a national portfolio of infrastructure services and projects.
Key responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of direct reports.Provide high level coaching and mentoring to BU leaders.Drive a workplace HSE culture defined by risk-based systems and proactive behaviours.Maintain and enhance risk-based HSE systems and assurance programs.Skills & Experience: Relevant qualifications and credentials in WHS.HSE leadership and advisory experience within the utilities, services, infrastructure, or similar industries.Significant experience in coaching leaders and empowering teams and managers.Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills.Demonstrable experience in effectively managing critical HSE risks and incidents.Ability to navigate complex organisations to deliver results.How to applyPlease apply via the link with your updated Resume.
