We are currently seeking experienced NDIS Coordinator to join our client's team in a permanent capacity.

This is a critical role, so we will be interviewing immediately.

The NDIS Coordinator plays a key role in managing and coordinating a portfolio of NDIS participants' services , ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
This includes monitoring and enhancing the participant experience, maintaining high service delivery standards, and fostering a person-centred approach to service provision.

The role involves generating new participant leads and converting them into active participants.
This will involve an engagement strategy focused on meeting participants' needs, while also identifying and pursuing new revenue streams and opportunities for growth and expansion.

Duties
Meet prospective participants in their homes during business hours and evenings (as required), to explain the Service Agreement, Schedule of Supports, onboarding process, fee policy, and budget structure, ensuring full understanding of the admission process.
Serve as the first in-person point of contact with prospective participants or their nominated representatives, building on any previous engagements with family or decision-makers.
Guide the participant engagement process from enquiry to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition.
Collaborate with the Home Care Manager to develop marketing approaches, campaigns, and materials tailored to prospective participants.
Prepare participant Service Agreements and Schedules of Supports within NDIS budgets.
Conduct monthly presentations to individual stakeholders, highlighting NDIS services.
Ensure the event calendar is consistently updated in coordination with the line manager.
Record detailed case management notes accurately in the company CRM.
Contribute to continuous improvement in the participant experience through techniques like journey mapping and goal attainment.
Complete all participant documentation in line with legislative requirements, program guidelines, and organizational policies.
Achieve targeted new participant numbers within the NDIS pillar of the company.
Convert prospective participants with a goal to exceed an 80% conversion rate.
Maintain high participant satisfaction (at 90% or above).
Ensure safe and sound work practices that comply with Work Health and Safety policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Engage stakeholders to actively promote and secure NDIS participants.
Respond to prospective participants within 24 business hours of receiving a lead.
Skills and Experience
Experience in the NDIS/Disability industry.
Strong understanding of the NDIS sector and the evolving needs of participants to provide a person-centred service.
Knowledge of the participant journey and ability to measure the value provided to participants.
Proficient in using IT systems, including scheduling and aligning services with budgets.
Experience with quality improvement systems.
Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills in service delivery.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Holds an up-to-date NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
