Customer Contact Centre Consultant

New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota are growing and we're looking for people to grow with us. An excellent opportunity is available for a customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Contact Centre Consultant.
The successful candidate will be working to increase customer loyalty, advocacy, and retention through meaningful scheduled contact with our customers.
This is a Fixed Term Part-Time role, commencing as soon as possible and ending mid-September 2025.
The successful candidate will have the option of working 2 full days a week, or 16 hours spread across the week between Monday - Thursday. We are a family owned and operated Toyota dealership in the Perth metro area and have been operating for over 30 years.
We're one of Perth's biggest Toyota dealerships, supplying and servicing a large variety of commercial, mining, and private customers.
How you will make an impact: Conducting outbound calls for the dealership with a focus on contacting service customers; including active and at risk customers & re-booking no showsActioning all email correspondence and returned mail where requiredVerifying customer information for database accuracyLearning and keeping up to date with Toyota products and key selling pointsWhat we're looking for: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work autonomously within documented processes and proceduresPrevious experience in the automotive industry desirable however not essentialLife at New Town Toyota As a family-owned Toyota dealership, we treat all our employees like family.
