About the RoleAs an S&S Banking Consultant, you will provide outstanding levels of sales and service, supporting customers via face-to-face interaction and inbound & outbound calls with Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings and/or processes while balancing team, customer, risk and performance outcomes.
Role Type: Permanent, Flexible Part Time (20 hours/week)
Note: All training required will be full time (first 3 months)
What will your day look like?As an S&S Banking Consultant, you will:
Deliver customer-obsessed service that drives customer satisfaction and first call resolutionProvide timely and accurate information on Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings and processes via telephone and/or online channelsDemonstrate the ability to listen, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed customers' expectations and improve customer outcomes, resulting in strong NPS outcomesContribute to a team culture that is balanced across people, customer, risk, and performanceEnsure compliance with all internal policies and procedures and external requirements, including legislative requirements such as Privacy and FSRA as well as the Underwriting GuidelinesWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in delivering high quality customer experienceDemonstrated ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance overall performance across people, customer, and risk measuresEffective interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)Demonstrated ability to work as a supportive team memberCommitted to self-development and opportunities to increase capability in roleComputer literacy and navigation skillsYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
