The Role - Supply and Demand Planner
In this role you will take ownership of achieving great case fill rates and for ensuring that inventory targets are met across Australia and New Zealand.
You will do this by working closely with key Supply Chain contacts in the US and Europe to synchronise supply and demand.
In addition, you will take ownership of the demand planning process in New Zealand and will work closely with the local commercial team to align on the local demand plan.
Main Responsibilities:
Alignment of shipment plans with Hill's global supply plants Collaborate with local customer development team to lead the demand planning process for New Zealand Lead the NPD supply planning process to ensure new products are delivered according to plan Monitor local inventory and case fill projections to ensure commercial targets are met Work with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customer brokers to ensure import documents are available and containers are unloaded on time Ideal Candidate Skills:
Strong communication skills Strong analytical skills Able to build good working relationships Excellent planning and organisational skills Great attention to detail What you'll need:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a similar field is preferred 3 years experience in a similar supply planning role Experience working with SAP / Kinaxis FMCG experience in a global organisation This role offers a competitive remuneration package.
